I am a maker. I work with my hands and mind and heart to bring ideas to light and to life, whether it be through a camera, a woodworking tool, or a fishing net. I craft pieces to make a whole.
I've been on stage speaking to thousands and have spent countless hours alone in the mountains. I have had the privilege to explore many different occupations, such as photography, design, commercial fishing, and building nets of all varieties. I've approached each with optimism and a good sense of humor, allowing me to bring a wide breadth of experience to any job I take.
